how do I schedule?
There are two ways in which you can request an appointment with Madisen. You may click the "Contact" link at the top of this page and fill out the contact form. You may also text her at 740.258.3385. Please be sure to include your first and last name, a phone number and which service you are interested in. Please also be sure to read the "Info" section at the top of this page to ensure you are a good candidate for Permanent Makeup before moving forward with scheduling.

is permanent makeup painful!?
Our mission is to provide our clients with the highest-quality beauty treatments in a comfortable, relaxing environment. We use topical numbing agents to ensure that our clients only experience slight discomfort, and we provide a plush, memory foam bed as well as other amenities that will help you feel pampered throughout your visit.
which technique is best for me!?
We specialize in using only the best products and techniques available. Our focus is on creating amazing results that enhance your natural beauty, and Madisen's talent and expertise ensures that every appointment is a unique and personalized experience. During your appointment, Madisen will provide a thorough consultation to determine what technique is best for you, so you can feel comfortable and confident moving forward.
do you require a deposit?
Once you have been scheduled, an invoice will be sent for a non-refundable deposit. You may also bring a cash deposit to the studio as well. This deposit can be credited towards a re-scheduled session only if proper notice is given. A minimum 48 Hour Notice is required to change or cancel your appointment.
what is the cancellation policy?
You must give a minimum of a 48 hour notice for any cancellation or to re-schedule your session. Any cancellations occurring after the 48 hour window will result in the loss of your deposit and an additional deposit will be required to re-schedule. No show appointments will NOT be re-scheduled.
what is the healing process?
Healing time takes a total of 4 weeks but it is only the first 7-10 days on average where you are caring for the brows and applying a topical healing agent (provided with appointment). The brows will at first appear dark, then begin the flaking process. Once the flaking has resolved, the brows will feel light and then you notice the color coming back by week 4. You will need to avoid water, heavy sweating, tanning, botox and chemicals during your healing process. Brows are then perfected at your 6-8 week touch up!
